Guevara, who has 13 years of hospitality sales experiece, previously was director of sales for Rosewood�s two luxury hotels in Dallas, The Mansion on Turtle Creek and Hotel Crescent Court.  Hemmerich joined the Las Ventanas sales team in 2001 as sales coordinator and was promoted to sales & marketing coordinator in 2003.

Guevara and Hemmerich are both based in Rosewood's Los Angeles sales office and report to Rebecca Huetter, Las Ventanas' director of marketing.
