CHICAGO (May 17, 2004) - Ray Cohen, president and co-CEO of TravelCLICK, announced today that the 775-room luxury Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, UT has selected TravelCLICK's iHotelier booking engine for its GDS and Web site connectivity. The agreement replaces the hotel's distribution agreement with Leading Hotels of the World, effective March 31, 2004.

TravelCLICK now supplies Grand America Hotel with its suite of electronic distribution solutions for the hospitality industry. These solutions include the patent-pending OneScreen user interface, customized Web-based CRS, GDS connectivity, online reservation management, Internet marketing, and dynamic packaging that provides opportunities for the hotel to allow consumers to customize their own packages, thereby increasing revenue. According to Bruce Fery, general manager of the Grand America Hotel, In making the selection, we were very impressed with TravelCLICK's ability to handle all aspects of our electronic distribution strategy: competitive data, e-marketing, leading-edge enabling technology, and local service and support. The OneScreen engine is especially valuable to us, both for the leisure traveler and because of its group functionality, as more than half of our business is groups.

"By combining consumer interactivity with extensive management tools, the iHotelier booking engine enables hotels to maximize their profits from electronic distribution on the GDS and the Web," said Richard W. Gray, chairman and co-CEO of TravelCLICK. "For a hotel such as the Grand America, these capabilities are fundamental to being a market leader and preferred choice in todays intensely competitive electronic marketplace. We couldnt be more pleased than to be working with a hotel of the stature and sophistication of the Grand America.
