Hotel Cerruti Vienna will open in Fall 2004 and will be located in a historic building in the city�s downtown area.  It will feature 75 individually designed rooms. Hotel Cerruti Dubai will open early in 2005 and will be strategically located in Dubai�s Media City, the city�s rapidly emerging global media hub, featuring a cosmopolitan lifestyle and situated close to the beach.  The hotel will have 137 individually designed spacious rooms, a wine and cocktail bar, a contemporary trattoria, an outside pool with a terrace bar, boardroom facilities and parking. Hotel Cerruti Kuwait will open in mid-2006 and will be located in the city�s new, exclusive Salmiya development.  All 350
