Dallas, TX � June 28, 2004 - HotelTraining.com announced today the company is seeking to develop partnerships with hospitality industry training content providers. The goal is to accommodate current and future clients that have expressed an interest in web based training programs not currently being offered by the company.  �This is the next step for us in providing our current and future clients with a more diverse selection of workshops and tutorials� said Jay Delerno, President of MacDel Inc., d/b/a HotelTraining.com  To develop these new workshops and tutorials as quickly as possible we felt the most efficient approach was to seek out those subject matter experts and content providers that may already have appropriate content but not in a web based format.�

HotelTraining.com�s relationship with Tom McCarthy Sales Training Seminars is a perfect example of such a partnership.   Tom�s �Handling the Telephone Inquiry� course was developed to satisfy the demand for sales training for sales and catering managers.  After developing that workshop it was customized for Hilton Hotels and adopted by the Hampton Inn brand.  Similar partnerships have been established to provide responsible alcohol server training, food handler�s safety training, as well as industry appropriate OSHA training programs. 

The company's web based training software provides access to on-demand training, tracking of each trainee�s progress as well as in-depth reporting for each trainee. The training is provided in an interactive format that includes text, animation, and audio.  Depending on bandwidth delivery options, video may also be incorporated. Performance feedback on training is provided by way of instant responses that are given for every answer submitted by a trainee.  Interactive responses to test questions may be in the form of a multiple-choice, clickable image, or a fill-in-the-blank answer options. By providing administrative access to a program, a company administrator can review trainee history as well as all corresponding reports.
