ATLANTA, Georgia, June 1, 2004 - Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC, an Atlanta-based
hotel real estate firm, announced today it advised Criimi Mae Services,
LP in the disposition of the former HomeGate Studios and Suites in El Paso,
Texas. The all-suite property is located at 8250 Gateway Boulevard off
of Interstate 10 East and Lomaland Drive in El Paso, Texas. The hotel
includes 124 suites, a small kitchen with a refrigerator, a microwave and
sink and a separate dining area. The hotel was sold to Kasturi, Inc.
for an undisclosed amount.

| Keith Thompson, a partner of the
firm stated, �The El Paso transaction was the last of the original five
HomeGate properties in Texas to sell. The transaction was rewarding for
the purchaser in that they currently own several other lodging properties
in El Paso as well as rewarding to the seller having closed the final HomeGate
transaction.�
