ATLANTA � June 18, 2004 � Suburban Franchise Systems (SFS), franchisor of Suburban Extended Stay Hotels, awarded Premier Hotel Corporation, Generation Companies, and Gumbo Limbo Management & Development top performance awards at a its franchisee conference. 
  • Premier Hotel Corporation was recognized with the �Top Performer of the Year� award for their Suburban Extended Stay Hotel, St. John�s Bluff in Jacksonville, Fla. 
  • Gumbo Limbo Management & Development took home two awards for their property in Fort Myers, Fla. including the �RevPAR Leader Award� and the �Quality Excellence Award.� 
  • The Generation Companies was awarded the prestigious �Curry-Henderson Memorial Award� for superior quality and service. 
�Top Performer of the Year� is given to the property with the strongest overall occupancy.  Located near the University of Northern Florida, Jacksonville Beach and Jacksonville International Airport, the St. John�s Bluff location held the highest occupancy in 2003. 

The �Quality Excellence Award� is given to the location with the highest overall quality rating.  Over the past 12 months, the Fort Myers property received high marks in all categories and exceeded standards in customer service and cleanliness.
