| LANSDOWNE, Virginia, June 2004 - Benchmark Hospitality has announced
the appointment of Scott Robison as director of sales for Lansdowne Resort,
the capital region's premier, full-service resort and executive conference
facility. Gerard Dumont, vice president and general manager for Lansdowne,
made the announcement.
During his tenure with Hilton, Robinson was the recipient of the "Annual Excellence in Sales Award" for 2003, given by the Hilton Hotels Corporation. Prior to this, he served in sales manager positions of increasing responsibility for Doubletree Hotels located in Maryland, Colorado and Virginia. Scott Robison received his Bachelors Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Virginia Tech, located Blacksburg, Virginia. Managed by Benchmark Hospitality, the Lansdowne Resort is located eight miles from Washington Dulles International airport and 35 miles from Washington, DC. The 305-room property is set on 205 acres of secluded countryside. Amenities include an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones, Jr. championship golf course, health club and spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, three lighted tennis courts and four restaurants and lounge. A second championship course, designed by Greg Norman, will open in June of 2005. |

Robison comes to Lansdowne Resort from the Hilton Washington and the Capital
Hilton, both located in Washington, DC. At these properties he served
in the role of assistant director of sales.
