Pueblo Bonito Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotels of Mexico , has
acquired Solare Vallarta. This all-inclusve, four star resort will
be renamed Samba Vallarta, an all-inclusive resort by Pueblo Bonito. Owners
will be investing upwards of $1.4 million in renovations to the lobby,
motor lobby, guest accommodations, main restaurant and pool area.
This is the company’s first venture into the all-inclusive market. It also marks Pueblo Bonito’s debut into the Puerto Vallarta market, to be followed by the spectacular 5-diamond Pueblo Bonito Punta Mita for which ground breaking is scheduled in 2005.
Accommodations at Samba Vallarta feature 180 large rooms and suites situated in one four-story beachfront property. All guest rooms have individually controlled air conditioning and feature marble tiled floors, direct-dial telephone, mini refrigerator (in suites), and remote controlled color television with Spanish and English speaking channels
