Broderick Advisors New Asset Manager
of the Resort at Squaw Creek
June 10, 2004 - The Kenneth Ting family of Hong Kong today announced Broderick Advisors LLC of San Francisco as the new Asset Manager of the family’s Resort at Squaw Creek in Olympic Valley, California. 

The Resort at Squaw Creek is a AAA four diamond rated mountainside resort offering 404 luxury guest rooms; exclusive on-property chair lift access to Squaw Valley's ski terrain, 25,000 square feet of conference meeting space; and a Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed championship golf course. Broderick Advisors will oversee the resort operation and a planned $25,000,000 renovation of the resort as well as the development of condominium units and home sites in the area.

Mr. Keane has over fifteen years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions and asset management with an emphasis on hotels and resorts. Mr. Keane formerly served as a manager in the Los Angeles office of PKF Consulting and also served as head of development for both Woodside Hotels and Larkspur Hospitality in Northern California.
