Pinnacle Advisory Group Announces
Opening of Florida Practice Office
April, 2004 Rachel J. Roginsky, ISHC, and Daniel C. Hanrahan II, MAI, CRE, founding Principals of Pinnacle Advisory Group based in Boston, Massachusetts and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania respectively, have announced the opening of a new full-service practice office in Pompano Beach, Florida. Gregory T. Bohan, a Director with Pinnacle almost since its inception, will partner with Roginsky and Hanrahan in the Florida venture and will serve as its Managing Director.

Greg is our most senior associate and brings a wealth of experience to bear in launching this new full-service office for Pinnacle, says Roginsky. We are truly excited about the opportunities that a Florida presence will give us in terms of expanding the company via a focused effort towards servicing our client base in the Southeast and the Caribbean.

Pinnacle has a well-established reputation for hands-on client service by its most senior personnel, adds Hanrahan. Greg shares Rachels and my never-faltering dedication to maintaining and enhancing the integrity of our client service and our work product. We are proud to have him take the helm of what we are sure will be a vibrant practice.

Bohan, Hanrahan, and Roginsky share similar levels of deep-rooted experience in the consulting industry. All three were Principals with the firm of Pannell Kerr Forster. In 1991, all three left PKF; Hanrahan and Roginsky formed Pinnacle, while Bohan went on to develop and operate the Inn at HighView, a country inn located in the heart of southern Vermont ski territory. While the Inn at HighView was successful beyond my highest expectations, my longing for the stimulation provided by consulting quickly brought me back to the industry I love the most, recalls Bohan. In 1992, one year after both the founding of Pinnacle Advisory Group and the opening of the Inn at HighView, Bohan accepted a position as Director with Pinnacle, while still retaining his role at the Inn.

Pinnacles Florida office opens in response to companys ever-expanding Southeast and Caribbean client base. The office will also serve as a focal point for specialty practice areas, which is where Bohans valuable experience comes into play. Although we see enormous opportunity in Florida and the Caribbean, Gregs special skills and experience level in two key areas of our practice conference centers and convention centers mean that we will have a new focus for building our presence in those industries by using the Florida office to spearhead our efforts, comments Hanrahan.
