Mr. Miller, 45, was most recently with Accor North America.  In previous management positions, Mr. Miller was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions and development of lodging properties.  Prior to Accor, Mr. Miller was Development Director with Embassy Suites, Inc.  Prior to his tenure with Embassy Suites, he held management positions with Marriott Corporation, Laventhol & Horwath, and Hyatt Hotels.
