Country Hearth Inn Signs Master License Agreement
with Vinings Franchise Systems, Inc., Making
Entry into the Canadian Providences.

 
ATLANTA, GA. - March 30, 2004 - Country Hearth Inn and Vinings Franchise Systems, Inc. a Canadian Company, have signed a Master License Agreement for the development of Country Hearth Inns across Canada. The Country Hearth Inn brand is owned and operated by Buckhead America Corporation, a hospitality services company based in Atlanta, Georgia.

This agreement establishes a development program for the conversion of existing hotels as well as the building of new hotels across Canada.

Peter Murphy, President of Vinings Franchise Systems, Inc., said, "We have found an excellent fit with our Country Hearth Inn partnership, a mid market limited service chain that fits the strategic needs of the northern neighbor.'
