Wilson Companies of Memphis, Tennessee in the disposition of the Holiday
Inn Express located at 8750 East Colonial Drive and Bypass 417 in Orlando,
Florida. The Holiday Inn Express is comprised of 118 guest rooms and is
located near the University of Central Florida. The property was
listed for sale at $3,500,000 and sold to Ishwar Naran.
