January 14, 2004 - RDP has released the "Work
Order & Asset Management" module, based on our new Windows based RDPWin
technology. The module is designed to automate the process of entering
and completing a work order request, as well as tracking all fixed assets.
�Designed
by our customer�s, this module not only automates the Maintenance Department,
but is meant as a guest service tool as well. For example, many of our
customers have sophisticated guest service desks who buy groceries for
incoming guests, or need put flowers in guests rooms, or other various
guest service tasks.
With the Work Order & Asset Management Module,
our customers can now schedule, and track these guest service tasks, not
to mention automating the classic needs of a maintenance department.� Says
