BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - JAN 13,2004 - Hilton Garden Inn(R) today proudly announced that all 24,852 hotel guestrooms in more than 180+ hotels throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico now offer complimentary high speed Internet access to guests. Business and leisure travelers can be assured of the availability of this service in addition to the complimentary PrinterOn (upon the date of this announcement 170 Hilton Garden Inn locations offer the complimentary PrinterOn remote guest printing
service) guest remote printing capability that is also available at Hilton Garden Inn hotel locations.

"We are thrilled that every Hilton Garden Inn hotel guestroom now provides complimentary high speed Internet access to our guests particularly because efficient Internet service and the ability to stay connected to the office is critical to today's business traveler," said Adrian Kurre, senior vice president - brand management, Hilton Garden Inn. "This important milestone epitomizes our dedication to providing our guests with everything they need most when traveling and confirms the Hilton Garden Inn commitment to be a leader in this fast paced, high tech world."

Since the brand first announced offering complimentary high speed Internet access in hotel guestrooms in October 2002, Hilton Garden Inn has completed the brand standard roll-out as scheduled -- in just under 14 months. The deployment of high speed Internet access was further enhanced with the introduction of the PrinterOn remote printing service. The combination of these two complimentary offerings is what keeps the Hilton Garden Inn brand ahead of its competitors making the upscale mid-priced brand the preferred choice for business travelers.

By March 2004, Hilton Garden Inn hotels will complete the installation of the PrinterOn remote printing service. The new complimentary PrinterOn remote printing service makes it possible for Hilton Garden Inn hotel guests to print from a notebook computer or personal data assistant (PDA), either wired or wireless, to a printer in the hotel's business center without special cables, drivers or technical support. To use the hotel guest printing service, guests simply connect to the Internet and use their Web browser to visit the hotel's branded printing Web site.

Offering complimentary high speed Internet access (both wired and wireless(2)) in every Hilton Garden Inn hotel guestroom, in addition to the PrinterOn remote printing service, further demonstrates the brand's dedication and forward thinking approach to providing business travelers new technology and services to be more proficient when away from the office and on the road.

The mid-price Hilton Garden Inn brand is targeted towards today's business and leisure travelers and offers business-oriented features in guestrooms that include: complimentary high speed Internet access and PrinterOn remote printing service; a spacious work desk; adjustable lighting; an ergonomic chair; electrical outlets at desk height; and two telephones equipped with two lines, data ports and voice mail. By offering two telephone lines, guests can have their personal laptop computers connected to the Internet while they simultaneously talk on the phone.
