Rita Gale Appointed Customer Service Manager
at Resort Data Processing 
February 3, 2004 - Resort Data Processing, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Rita Gale to Installed Base Customer Service Manager.

For the last 12 years, Rita has held a variety of positions at RDP including Support Technician, Office Manager and Inside Sales.  Prior to joining Resort Data Processing, Inc. Rita worked as a psychiatric nurse.  

"Rita was a natural choice for this position", says Bob Kippola Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "Not only does she have the technical knowledge and organization to keep our hundreds of customers happy, she genuinely enjoys solving their problems.  In addition, Rita has a great relationship with many of Resort Data Processing's customers and our technical support staff. She is the glue that holds sales, support and our customer's together!", Bob added.

"I look forward to building relationships with our customers for many years to come", Rita says of her new position at Resort Data Processing.

Rita has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington State University. She is looking forward to remaining athletically active, often doing business on the ski slopes or hiking with customers in her hometown of Vail Colorado.
