to Director of Resort Operations
February 18, 2004, Sunset Beach, N.C. – Sea Trail Plantation has promoted Kimberley Curtis Johnston to Director of Resort Operations. Johnston’s responsibilities include overseeing all food and beverage facilities, conference services, conference sales, resort buildings, reservations, housekeeping, and the resort’s Village Activity Center. Johnston will work closely with Executive Chef, Mike Bodjiak, and Director of Rooms and Activities, Toni Henry, to assure all resort operations run properly and efficiently.

She also aided in the development of the Conference Sales Department once the private facility went public. Johnston has served as a sales executive for Century 21 in Myrtle Beach, S.C. and has managed many fine-dining facilities in the Myrtle Beach and Pawley’s Island, S.C. areas.

“Kimberley’s proven success in her position as Director of Sales, Conference Services and Banquets for Sea Trail Plantation has given us ample reason to promote her,” said Dana Connelly, President of Sea Trail Plantation.  “Kimberley’s more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry is a tremendous asset to Sea Trail and we look forward to her making significant contributions in her new position as Director of Resort Operations.”
