Tony Rothwell added: "It's great to be back working with the old team again - and we're all looking so young!  Things are happening fast � we're adding more sales people to our strength and also establishing a central revenue management function under Shawna Tyree.  She'll work with all our hotels, owned and managed, to help them drive RevPAR � it's so complex out there for GM's these days and we're confident Shawna's skills and experience will make a major impact."  Shawna joins CHA from GF Management where she held a similar position.

CHA was formed by industry veterans Bob Hazard and Jerry Petitt in 1996 to build, acquire and manage mid-priced, limited-service hotels and is already listed in the top 100 hotel companies in the USA.  With partner Paladin Realty Partners, LLC, founded by former Secretary of the Treasury William Simon and led by his son Bill Simon Jr., CHA operates fourteen properties for itself and other investors. Hotels are operated under the franchise flags of Marriott's Fairfield and SpringHill Suites brands, Hilton's Hampton Inn, Choice's Comfort, Sleep and Quality Inn brands and Best Western - in New England, Florida, the Rocky Mountains and the Southwest.

Three further new-builds are in the pipeline, all in Vermont and due to open in November (Courtyard by Marriott), April 2004 (Comfort Suites) and Spring 2005 (Hampton).
