the appointment of Scott Lahey as executive chef. The announcement
was made by Michael Taylor, general manager of the 171-guestroom property.
Scott Lahey is a former commissioned officer in the United States Army, and served in Desert Storm as a Captain in command of a 212-paratrooper company. Mr. Lahey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Norwich University, located in Northfield, Vermont, as well as a culinary degree from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
