Paul Sherlock Appointed to Director of Operations at the
LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, Florida
NAPLES, FL (October 22, 2003) - Noble House Hotels and Resorts has promoted Paul Sherlock to Director of Operations and Bruce Ronty to General Manager of the Baleen restaurant at the LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, located beachfront in Naples, FL.

Mr. Sherlock will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations at the 189-room luxury resort.  Mr. Sherlock was promoted from his position as Food & Beverage Director at LaPlaya.  Prior to joining Noble House in early 2002, Mr. Sherlock was the Food & Beverage Director at The Lodge at Pebble Beach.  Past positions include Food & Beverage management positions at The Tournament Players Club at Southwind and at The Peabody Hotel in Memphis, TN.

Mr. Ronty will be responsible for the food and beverage operations of the acclaimed Baleen restaurant and in room dining.  Ronty joined the LaPlaya team last year as Beverage Director.  Prior to joining Noble House, Ronty was General Manager at McArthurs Chop & Crab House.  Past positions include Director of Food & Beverage for Jillian�s Entertainment and Restaurant Group, General Manager for various operations, including Club Boca in Boca Raton, FL and the famed Hollywood Palace in Hollywood, CA.  Mr. Ronty is a graduate of Northeastern University, where he received a B.S. in Business.

�Paul has proven himself to be a huge asset for LaPlaya and will now assume more responsibility in his new position,� said Scott Shoenberger, General Manager, LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort.  �Bruce is a welcomed addition to the team, with great experience which will prove valuable here, as we move forward,� added Shoenberger.
