administration experience in the hospitality industry, Alcalá most recently served as director of business development for SRS-WORLDHOTELS, where he lead the U.S. hotel development while monitoring new members for smooth integration. Prior to SRS-WORLDHOTELS, Alcalá was director of business development and account management for Pegasus Solutions Inc., implemented reservation revenue growth and business development for hotel companies such as Utell Hotels, Summit Hotels & Resorts, Sterling Hotels & Resorts and Preferred hotels & Resorts Worldwide. Alcalá was also charged with account growth for OAG Worldwide and previously served as a financial analyst for American Airlines.
