WHITE PLAINS, NY, November 17, 2003�A new spring date pattern and change in venue, designed to better serve the needs of western hospitality professionals, has been announced by the Las Vegas International Hotel & Restaurant Show (LVIHRS).  The 25th annual LVIHRS will run April 14-15, 2004, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

�With these bold changes, the LVIHRS Board of Directors demonstrates its commitment to produce the premier hospitality trade event in the West,� said Robert Ansara, 2004 LVIHRS chairman and president of Riccardo�s of Las Vegas. �The changes are based on feedback from current and prospective visitors, who tell us the spring dates, positioned between busy winter and summer seasons, and a Las Vegas Strip location, are more desirable and more likely to encourage their attendance.� 

The 25th annual LVIHRS will be held Wednesday, April 14, through Thursday, April 15, 2004, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The Show will feature more than 450 hospitality industry suppliers and will attract approximately 4,000 in total trade attendance. Show hours are 10:30am-4:30pm on Wednesday, April 14, and 10:30am-4:00pm on Thursday, April 15. 

The LVIHRS is produced under a partnership between the Nevada Hotel & Lodging Association (NHLA), Nevada Restaurant Association (NRA) and the owners of the 88-year old New York City-based International Hotel/Motel and Restaurant Show® (IH/M&RS) - the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA), the Hotel Association of New York City (HANYC) and the New York State Hospitality & Tourism Association (NYSH&TA). 

The LVIHRS is managed by George Little Management, LLC (GLM®).
