- Crown American Hotels is pleased to announce that Ms. Kimberly Denmead
has been named National Sales Manager. In her new position, Ms. Denmead
will be responsible for booking business, assisting sales teams and seeking
out prospective new clients. She reports to Mr. Doug Vought, Director of
National Sales. Ms. Denmead assumed her new position effective October
21, 2003 and is based at the company's Holiday Inn-University Executive
Park located at 8520 University Executive Park Drive in Charlotte, North
Carolina.
Ms. Denmead gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry over the past twelve years. Most recently, Ms. Denmead was the Sales Manager for AmeriSuites in Orlando, Florida. Previously, Ms. Denmead was the Sales Manager for the Comfort Inn in Newport News, Virginia which is owned and operated by Crown American Hotels. Ms. Denmead earned an Applied Science degree from Erie Community College in Criminal Justice. Ms. Denmead relocated to the Charlotte Area and plans to become an active member of the hospitality community. Headquartered in Johnstown, PA, Crown American Hotels currently owns and operates 27 hotels in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia. All hotels are operated through franchise agreements with Intercontinental Hotels Group, Choice Hotels International, Marriott, Wyndham International, and Starwood. |
