Sentry Hospitality to Operate the Conference
Center Niagara Falls


NIAGARA FALLS, NY (December 23, 2003) - Mark Magarity, President and CEO of Sentry Hospitality, Ltd., is pleased to announce the finalization of the contract naming Sentry Hospitality as the operator of the new Conference Center Niagara Falls (opening Spring 2004). 

Owned and developed by USA Niagara Development Corporation, the Conference Center Niagara Falls will be Western New York's newest and technologically advanced meeting facility, located directly across from the new Seneca Niagara Casino. Within two blocks of Niagara Falls, The Conference Center Niagara Falls represents a new hybrid venue for meetings and events by blending a sophisticated, state-of-the-art conference environment with an elegant Ballroom, a flexible Entertainment/Exhibit Center and the services and amenities of a four star hotel offering excellent food and beverage presentation.

The 116,000 square feet Conference Center Niagara Falls offers 15-dedicated, purpose-built conference rooms featuring 18-hour ergonomic chairs, conference tables and built-in multi-media equipment including wireless internet access throughout the facility

Highlights of the new Conference Center Niagara Falls include:

According to USA Niagara Development Corporation, construction of the center has resulted in 100 construction related jobs to date. It is estimated that the Conference Center Niagara Falls will create approximately 35 full-time and 50 part-time positions in its first year of operation with that number increasing to 50 full-time and 100 part-time by the center's third year of operation. USA Niagara Development Corporation also estimates that the center will generate $13-$19 million in annual direct spending on local hotels, food and beverage and transportation in the region from visitors.
