Executive, Named Chief Operating Officer for
Private Retreats by Abercrombie & Kents 
TELLURIDE, CO – December 9, 2003 - Private Retreats by Abercrombie & Kent,, the world’s premiere destination club, is pleased to announce that Mr. Bob E. Schrader has been named Chief Operating Officer to oversee all operational facets of the company, headquartered in Kansas City, MO.

Mr. Schrader brings more than three decades in the luxury hospitality industry working with service leaders such as Regent International, Miraval Life in Balance, Four Seasons and most recently Ritz Carlton. He has extensive experience in all facets of the hospitality and travel tourism industry including General Management, Marketing, Rooms, Food & Beverage, Accounting, Spa, Training and Human Resources.

Mr. Schrader has successfully developed employee cultures that deliver the highest levels of quality and service. A member of the American Society for Quality since 1998, Mr. Schrader worked with Ritz Carlton’s quality programs, which have been twice recognized with the coveted Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award.
