Before joining the Nation, Ms. Galletti served in senior human resource positions for two of the leading resort and hospitality organizations in the world. Most recently, she was vice president for human resources for Rosewood Hotels and Resorts in Dallas. Ms. Galletti also was employed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts of Toronto, Canada. Ms. Galletti graduated with honors with a bachelor�s of arts degree in Russian studies from Dickinson College. She also has done masters degree course work at George Washington University and the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

Ms. Galletti and her husband, Peter, and their son live in Hamilton.
