27, 2003 � The fourth annual Hospitality Technology Professionals Forum
is receiving strong support from the International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant
Show (IH/M&RS). Both Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals
(HFTP) and the IH/M&RS are promoting the one-day forum to their constituents,
and all Technology Forum registrants will receive a complimentary 2003
show registration to the IH/M&RS. The 2003 IH/M&RS is November
8�11 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.
The Hospitality Technology Professionals Forum, on Friday, Nov. 7 at The Penn Club in New York City, precedes the start of the IH/M&RS and will feature two discussion tracks � general hospitality technology and club technology. For each topic, an industry expert will provide a brief overview of the topic and then moderate audience discussion. Discussion topics for the general track include: wireless, customer relationship management (CRM) and guestroom technologies. Discussion topics for the club track include: member relationship management (MRM), technology budgeting and wireless. Registration information is available on HFTP�s web site.
