Denver, Colorado, May 2003 � The results are
in and the Magnolia Hotel in Denver found significant increases in RevPAR
and Occupancy rates since offering SuiteSpeed Internet Solutions to guests.
Comparing RevPAR and Occupancy rates from 2001 to 2002 when SuiteSpeed
was offered, the Magnolia achieved a $4.84 increase in RevPAR and an 11.1%
increase in Occupancy. These findings are significant considering
the average statistics for RevPAR and Occupancies in the Colorado lodging
industry have been on the decline. In the same time period, Denver
and Colorado RevPAR fell $3.73 and $3.01 respectively and Occupancies fell
4.3% and 3.2% respectively. Magnolia executives claim their positive
changes are a result of offering SuiteSpeed in their meeting rooms.
