Xanterra Renovating Seven Ohio State Park
Resorts & Conference Centers
CAMBRIDGE, Ohio, May 27, 2003 - Xanterra Parks & Resorts has begun renovations at the seven Ohio State Park Resorts & Conference Centers the company manages. Totaling more than $3.5 million, the wide-ranging projects will be undertaken over the next several months and will result in upgrades apparent to guests as well as behind-the-scenes improvements. Xanterra operates resorts in Salt Fork, Hueston Woods, Punderson, Shawnee, Mohican, Burr Oak and Maumee Bay State Parks.

At Maumee Bay State Park in Oregon, significant cosmetic improvements will include painting and lighting upgrades as well as Phase I of an upgraded environmental control system. Total renovations will cost more than $500,000.
