May 7, 2003 - Groupe Lucien Barrière announced today that it has signed an agreement to implement the EzRMS� Internet Product Suite, initially into two Cannes properties, the Majestic and Gray d�Albion hotels, and then throughout their entire property portfolio � based on success in the initial properties. 

Mr Christian Meunier, Executive Vice President Hotels of Lucien Barrière, states �Having thoroughly evaluated the available Revenue Management Solutions, we selected EzRMS� not only for its advanced functionality, but also for the company�s understanding of the markets in which we operate and the differing requirements of our diverse group of luxury hotels. In addition their technical capabilities were of particular importance, notably in interfacing to our proprietary PMS.�
