Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman Taps Titan Hospitality
for Asset Management

Expected to Play Key Role in 2004 Opening of Resort & Residences

MIAMI, Fla. - June 18, 2003 - Titan Hospitality, LLC announced that their asset management and consulting firm has been brought on to support the opening of the new Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman Resort as well as The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, an exclusive oceanfront condominium ownership development.

Titan Hospitality founders Eric Ewoldt and D.C. Becker will be responsible for providing asset management services for operations, sales, marketing, finance, and strategic planning for the $350 million development set in the Cayman Islands. 

Ewoldt, whose asset management experience includes several Ritz-Carlton properties such as Philadelphia, Key Biscayne, Bachelor Gulch, and Jamaica noted, �Both D.C. and I have had the honor of working with the Ritz-Carlton organization in the past and are looking forward to enhancing the reputation of the ownership and management teams by increasing revenue, profitability and asset value for this unique, full-service property.�

Situated on 144 acres extending from Seven Mile Beach to the North Sound, The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman will feature 365 guest rooms; twelve dining options; a nine hole Greg Norman-designed golf course; and a 21,500 square-foot full-service Spa, Salon and Fitness Center. 

The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman will boast 69 oceanfront residential condominiums with floor plans ranging from 2,411 to over 8,000 square feet.
