   Le Méridien Cyberport Positioning for December 2003
Opening in Hong Kong
2nd June, 2003, Hong Kong --- Le Méridien Cyberport, has just completed their strategic Brand Positioning. Dean Schreiber, the hotel’s General Manager said: “From the beginning we had a unique hotel with its location and state-of-the-art technology features. The hotel management worked with the Ricebay group, a Hong Kong Brand Management company, to fine-tune the benefits that today’s modern traveler value, developing these benefits as the heart of the product offer, and creating a distinct Brand Positioning which focuses on unrivaled customer experience and convenience to enhance the hotel’s competitive advantage. “Focusing the product helps in staff training, consistent service delivery, and succinct clarity in communicating with our partners and our customers,” said Schreiber.
