Training Solution With Signature

COLUMBUS, OHIO (April 2, 2003) - Safemark Systems, the leading provider of in-room safes exclusively endorsed by many of the largest hotel companies has secured arrangements with Signature, Inc., recognized as the largest business solutions and reinforced training provider for the hospitality industry in the world, to perform training for it�s customers regarding procedures and practices for implementation of Safemark�s revenue generating programs.  The deal was recently signed and is a commitment between both parties through December 2004; however, both companies expect this arrangement to last many years.  Safemark has over 2000 hotel clients, many of which will require Signature�s training services.

Signature will use it�s large base of field trainers - which today is 60 training experts employed by Signature (not contracted) located strategically throughout the US and Canada - to provide training to Safemark �s customers.

Signature will provide the initial training and reinforcement training for all Safemark Security Cash Flow and BOLT customers beginning April 2003.  Signature will introduce value-added training components to the already existing training format of Safemark and assist in the further development of new materials and job aids.  As a practice of all Signature programs, hotel employees will understand the return on investment value for the guest, their employers and even be able to share in incentive programs of their own.  In today�s tougher economic climate, using Safemark�s product and programs is a terrific way to generate incremental income and at the same time create a vehicle that has tremendous value for the guest.
