Ramesys Increases Options With the Addition of Entirety PMS - A Windows Based PMS Module Within
the Entirety Enterprise Suite
April 9, 2003 - Ramesys Hospitality continues to recognize the need for flexibility in providing their customers with new solutions that add value in every business climate. With over 4,000 hospitality customers worldwide, Ramesys is now installing their new Entirety PMS for Windows as both a stand-alone system for independents and an integrated front end to their Entirety Enterprise Suite for chains.

Entirety PMS for Windows is the newest addition to the company's robust Entirety Enterprise Suite (EES) - a fully integrated group of solutions consisting of:

  • Entirety PMS Solution for Unix/Linux (ImagInn)
  • Entirety Customer Relationship Management (MPower/ImagInn Search)
  • Entirety Central Reservations
  • Entirety Connect for Web Reservations
  • Complete Telecommunication Solutions (PBX, Voice Mail, Call Accounting)
  • Full Array of Third Party Property Level Interfaces
The range of products available within the Entirety Enterprise Suite has always offered Ramesys' customers an unparalleled degree of flexibility. With the addition of the Entirety PMS for Windows, this flexibility is even further enhanced for those desiring a Windows-based solution.

For the independent property, the Entirety PMS for Windows, combined with Entirety's CRM and web reservations modules, offers full PMS functionality and property level interfaces.

For the chain customer, their goals of single image inventory and/or guest profiling across the enterprise can be realized with a variety of Entirety Enterprise Suite modules and implementation strategies including:

  • A Fully Centralized Implementation with Property Level PMS Remote Access
  • A Combination Strategy with Centralized Processing and Property Level PMS Server
  • A True ASP environment hosted by Ramesys or another third party
"With the addition of the Entirety PMS for Windows, Ramesys has again increased the options for our customers. From large chain organizations with complex corporate and property level requirements to smaller independent hotels, Ramesys has an even greater selection of solutions to choose from,” said Andrew Sanders, Director of Sales and Marketing for Ramesys Hospitality.

Sanders continued, “While at all times continuing with our existing products, our goal is to provide customers with the most suitable solution for them. Flexibility and integration is the key right now and we feel this can be best accomplished by continuing to support and enhance our existing software offerings while integrating new software options to the fold. The Entirety Enterprise Suite is designed to take full advantage of today's technology and help our customers, regardless of their size or infrastructure, provide improved levels of customer service to their guests."
