A newly created position for the company, Cawley will develop, implement and direct the overall revenue management efforts of Tiburon Hospitality Management and its three resorts.  She will be responsible for monitoring and refining each property�s yield management process with regard to rooms, food and beverage, spa and other resort ancillary venues.  In addition, she will identify property specific revenue needs, implement training procedures and oversee the development of staff. 

Cawley has more than 15 years in the resort hospitality industry and an extensive background in revenue management.  She was most recently the director of revenue management for the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort and prior to that was an area revenue manager for Promus Hotel Corporation where she was responsible for five hotels in the Phoenix area.
