Chainwide Conversion Scheduled for June 2003

International, LLC Chairman and CEO Luke Fowler announces the signing of
InnLink LLC, one of the nation's leading reservation service providers,
to manage the AmericInn Lodging System’s central reservation system (CRS)
services for voice, Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Internet reservation
bookings. The decision to convert to a CRS platform is based on an
analysis of the industry including consumer demands and booking patterns.
The AmericInn Lodging System is scheduled to transfer its reservation operations
for its 200+ properties to InnLink's state-of-the-art facility outside
of Nashville, TN in June of 2003.
AmericInn International, LLC has chosen InnLink as the chain’s central reservation system provider because of their strong background and experience within the hospitality industry dating back to 1991. InnLink will provide guests and travel agents a convenient, accurate and friendly way to book rooms at any AmericInn location nationwide. InnLink’s dedicated staff will also work with group, tour and travel wholesalers to plan and reserve group accommodations.

InnLink’s state-of-the-art software and systems allow their Reservation Sales Agents to be more responsive to callers and prospective guests. In addition, InnLink’s reservation agents will have access to AmericInn property-specific information on a real-time basis, which will help them achieve higher conversion ratios and additional bookings. InnLink's seamless connectivity to all of the major GDS, including Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre and Worldspan, is expected to significantly enhance electronic booking capabilities. InnLink will also provide connectivity to Pegasus-powered travel websites for consumer-initiated reservations.
At the same time, AmericInn and InnLink are developing a proprietary two-way connectivity system that will seamlessly connect the AmericInn Lodging System with InnLink’s central reservation system for reservations’ delivery and immediate inventory and rate updates. InnLink’s multi-tiered online reporting system will allow AmericInn owners, managers, and staff to generate real-time reports 24 hours per day, 7 days a week via Internet access.
