This full day program will begin with the philosophy and components of an effective revenue (yield) management machine in today�s environment.  In advance of the program, Aspire will review your current tools and with you determine key revenue maximization opportunities.  An innovative yield simulation will be conducted to ensure knowledge and applications have been applied.  After being coached on key revenue management strategies, you will receive a complete revenue management enhancement package that can be easily implemented.

Optimizing Internet and GDS Revenue Channels
Experts will take you into the trenches to discuss web marketing and show you how to increase your website visits and revenue capture.  A website audit of the property is also included, showing you specific opportunities on how your website can generate more income immediately.  In addition, we will show you how to maximize your GDS performance to increase revenues.
