Handling the responsibilities of chief financial officer isn�t new to Scholes.  Prior to coming on board with Signature he served as CFO for Express-Med Inc. (New Albany, OH), where he successfully completed a capital raise with outside investors.  This raise included both debt and equity.  He's also been employed by Sarcom, Inc. (Columbus, OH), and Ernst & Young (Columbus, OH).
