The New York Palace Hotel Will Implement the
EzRMS™ Internet Suite of Products
|December 16, 2002 - The New York Palace Hotel announced today that
it has signed an agreement for the implementation of the EzRMST Internet
Suite of Products at this famous landmark Hotel -becoming the first client
of Easy (Ez) Revenue Management Solutions in New York City. The hotel
utilises the Springer Miller PMS system provided by Springer Miller Systems
and will also become the first EasyRMS client to integrate with that product.
Mr Gerard McCrea, Director of Revenue Management selected EzRMS™ over competitor products due to the ease of implementation and sophistication of both the internal algorithms and the ASP delivery platform. "EzRMS™ has demonstrated a high degree of system functionality and suitability for the luxury brand segment of the market, which combined with a much more realistic approach to the delivery of Revenue Management solutions for the user made the system very attractive to us" states Mr. McCrea.
Mr. McCrea also adds, "EzRMS offers a very sophisticated product based entirely on the hotel's total revenue not just rooms and is backed by strong client care endorsements, all of which are incorporated into it's core offering. We truly believe that EasyRMS have designed a very innovative Revenue Management product, one that will be widely accepted across the industry, and are delighted to become their first client in New York City."
