Innlink Announces Two-Way CRS Interface
with Multi-Systems, Inc. (MSI) PMS
Hendersonville, TN – InnLink LLC, a company specializing in private label voice reservation services, seamless global distribution system (GDS), Internet distribution system (IDS) services, and marketing/customer relationship programs for hotels and hotel companies announced that it has completed and installed its two-way CRS interface with Multi-Systems, Inc. (MSI), a leading developer of hotel property management systems (PMS) and related hotel applications.

The interface is designed to balance out inventory between InnLink’s CRS and MSI’s PMS.  The two-way interface connects MSI’s Property Management System to InnLink’s CRS allowing uploads of rates and groups to take place seamlessly between the two systems.  The interface also opens and closes inventory messages in the PMS establishing up-to-the-second rates and availability that maximizes room sells for the property.

“We are excited to offer this two-way interface.  The entire project ran on a very aggressive timeline for completion, and we are pleased with the outcome by all teams involved,” said Brian Primeau, Vice President, New Business Development, Multi-Systems, Inc.

According to Mike Young, InnLink’s President, “The two-way interface provides increased connectivity and reservations reliability for our mutual customers and is intrinsic to InnLink’s goal of providing single image databases for its growing customer base.  The interface means that our customers will spend less time managing computers and more time forecasting increased occupancies and revenues.”
