Prior to joining Amfac, Bettinger was director of human resources for Rock Bottom Restaurants, Inc., a major restaurant organization with some 7,500 employees in 24 states. She also has been director of human resource administration for VICORP Restaurants, Inc. and personnel manager for Domino�s Pizza.

�With close to 8,000 employees during our busiest season, Amfac needed a top human resources executive with extensive hospitality experience,� said Todd. �We believe that J.B. brings just the right mix of management experience in strategic planning, organizational development and human resources administration.�

Bettinger holds a master�s degree in business administration and a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Regis University in Denver. 

Amfac operates concessions in the following locations: Yellowstone National Park, the North and South Rims of Grand Canyon National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park, Death Valley National Park, Petrified Forest National Park, Everglades National Park, and Mount Rushmore National Memorial; and at resorts in Napa, Calif.; Nebraska City, Neb., Saratoga Springs, N.Y. and seven Ohio State Parks.
