Stowe, VT, July 18, 2000 - Springer-Miller Systems,
Inc. (SMS) and Resort Condominiums International, LLC. (RCI), today announced
that they have signed final agreements to develop an enterprise-wide timeshare
resort automation system. Key elements of the relationship include
the following highlights:
�RCC�s customer�s contracts will be honored by SMS. Both RCI and SMS are committed to maintaining RCC product offerings while pursuing future strategies,� said John Springer-Miller, President and CEO of Springer-Miller Systems. RCI has also entered into a significant software development agreement with SMS to build new Timeshare Sales/Marketing and Timeshare Club functionality. These new modules of the SMS|Host suite of products will be completely integrated with RCI�s central exchange systems, including the Global Points NetworkSM. The fully integrated system is scheduled for release in 2001, and is expected to set a new standard for the resort industry. RCI Management (RCIM) has signed a management company licensing agreement with SMS to license RCC and future SMS products for more than 40 properties.
