Winston has 10 years experience in human resources with positions in the computer industry, higher education and the retail field. In her current position she supervises a department of 17 and oversees the hiring, retention and needs of more than 1,000 employees in Phoenix, Flagstaff and Wichita. Winston holds a degree in sociology from Mary Washington College in Frederisksburg, Va. and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
Winston's primary goals at Best Western are simple - customer service and consistency. "Employees should receive good customer service no matter what their need," explains Winston. "Every issue should be handled effectively and efficiently, regardless of the nature of the issue or the employee involved."
