StayOnline Strengthens Management Team with Three
New Hires; Wireless Hospitality Professionals Parrish,
Lewis and Watkins Join Company
.
April 19, 2005 Atlanta StayOnline, Inc., the early innovator and current market leader in WiFi hospitality solutions, announced today that it has added three new executives to its management team: Barry J Parrish, as vice president of Western Sales, Patrick Lewis as vice president of operations and Allan Watkins as director of development.

Our significant growth in the last year has led us to search for the best in the industry to fill these positions as we continue to lead innovations in the wireless industry, said Antonio DiMilia, President and CEO of StayOnline.

A hospitality marketing veteran, Parrish brings more than 30 years of successful marketing, sales, and advertising experience to StayOnline.  He has been honored with more than 20 awards for marketing and advertising excellence.  Parrish has worked with such companies as Cunard Cruise Lines, Sunterra Resorts, American & Mexicana Airlines, American Express Travel Service, Reno and Lake Tahoe tourism, Hyatt Hotels, and others.

Prior to joining StayOnline, Parrish was the vice president of Corporate and Strategic Marketing for the Sunterra Corporation in Las Vegas, Nevada.   He attended the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and has a BA in Mass Communications from Chicagos Columbia College.

In addition to Parrish, StayOnline named Patrick Lewis to the position of vice president of operations.  Prior to this appointment, Lewis was the president and CEO of Promasa, LLC, a strategic technology consulting firm specializing in wireless public access networks.  While at Promasa, Lewis was responsible for managing deployments for such clients as The Hilton Corporation, Orient-Express Hotels, Sonesta Hotels and Resorts, Trump Hotels and Harrahs Casinos and Resorts.

Before leading Promasa, Lewis directed account and partner relationships for enterprise clients for Cisco Systems in the southeast. There, he specialized in IP telephony, LAN switches, routers, firewalls, wireless LAN/WAN technologies, and VPN/security products for customers, partners and prospects.

Lewis has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Radford University in Virginia.

StayOnline also announced the appointment of Allan Watkins to the position of director of Product Management. Watkins brings more than 15 years of experience to StayOnline.  He was the founder and previous CTO of Lighthouse Integrated Computer Systems which served the hospitality community with software products and services for the cruise ship industry.  In 1990, Watkins produced a shipboard management system for the entire fleet of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines that is still in use today.
In addition, Watkins worked in the Professional Services department on wireless application development for AppForge, Inc.  The global operation served companies such as Ford, Snapper, Hamilton Beach, Dell, Coca-Cola and others with AppForge tools, assisting with quick design, development, and deployment of custom mobile device applications.

Watkins graduated from the University of Florida in 1987 with a BS in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Expert Systems.

All three appointments come just as StayOnline gears up for its first-of-a-kind hospitality WiFi Symposium to be held at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Florida beginning April 20.  The Symposium will focus on WiFi technologies designed to support many aspects of hotel operations. Concentrated focus group sessions will center on identifying areas of operations in which WiFi will be most valued by the end consumer. Other areas of focus will be about the most effective WiFi technologies, minimum product requirements, service standards and customer expectations.

Attendance at the Symposium is by invitation only.  Invitees will include forward-thinking industry leaders who have shown interest and initiative in the development of wireless applications.  DiMilia added, It is exciting to be able to put all of these players, along with our experts in one room with the key focus being WiFi in hospitality.
