During the interview Dehan was quizzed on a variety of technology and operations questions ranging from how to combat rate erosion by integrating yield management technology with electronic channel sales, and how to improve operating efficiency through enterprise automation.  Foremost in the discussion was the responsibility of vendors to provide hotel operators with tools that allow them to maximize revenue through the use of integrated solutions that simplify rate control and improve guest service across all a property�s business areas.
