Highest Guest Satisfaction Score of All 466 Residence Inns Nationwide |
MERRILLVILLE, Ind., March
18, 2004 - White Lodging Services hotels were honored for excellence in
guest satisfaction at the recent Residence Inn by Marriott conference held
in San Francisco, CA, February 4 - 6.
The Residence Inn by Marriott Boulder/Longmont received the award for the highest overall guest satisfaction scores (GSS) out of all 466 Residence Inns nationwide. Guest Satisfaction Surveys are sent to random guests immediately after their departure through Marriott International. In their responses, hotel guests can express their overall level of satisfaction with the hotel experience as well as their level of satisfaction with specific aspects such as arrival experience, cleanliness of the hotel, condition of the hotel and any problems they encountered during their stay. "The staff makes the guest feel that this is their home away from home," said Bill Weiberg, general manager. "We work at anticipating guests' needs and exceeding their expectations." A number of Residence Inns were honored with a gold or silver award. To achieve gold status the hotel's overall GSS score must be 90.5% or higher.
