DALLAS � Sept. 4, 2003  � Meyer Jabara Hotels has chosen UniFocus to provide guest, meeting planner and staff satisfaction survey services for its owned and managed properties.  UniFocus� GUESTScope�, MEETINGScope�,  STAFFScope�, and EXECUScope� services are being used to ensure successful delivery of superior guest experiences.   Meyer Jabara Hotels include Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Ramada,  Hampton, Hilton,  and Marriott flags. 

Meyer Jabara�s management team is keenly focused on distinguishing itself and being on the forefront of the hotel industry in guest satisfaction.  Indeed, its mission statement is: �To ensure that every one of our guests receives superior customer service and a memorable destination experience grounded in the cultural roots of each location.�  Meyer Jabara believes it is key to understand guest and meeting planner satisfaction, and the issues that relate to staff turnover in order to strategically manage success in its mission.
