Jim Brown has left the Presidency of Rosewood after five years at the helm. His successor is John Scott III, who has served as a member of Rosewood¹s Board of Directors for six years, while the Managing Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Maritz, Wolff. Scott originally joined Maritz, Wolff in 1996.

Bryan O¹Shields has been appointed Group Director of Food and Beverage Worldwide for Mandarin-Oriental in Hong Kong. He replaces Alain Duval who had joined the group following several years with Inter-Continental. Until recently, O¹Shields was the Vice President of Food and Beverage at Bellagio in Las Vegas. Prior to that, he held a similar position for two years at the Rio Hotel and Casino also in Las Vegas.

Kerzner International has named Edward Steiner to the position of Managing Director One&Only Palmilla in Los Cabos, Mexico. Steiner comes to Palmilla following several years at the helm of Rosewood¹s Las Ventanas al Paraiso also in Los Cabos.  Prior to joining Rosewood and Las Ventanas, Steiner was the Hotel Manager at the Watergate in Washington and at the Grand Bay in Miami. 

Brian Johnson has been transferred from the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel in Orlando to the Loews Ventana Canyon in Tucson. Prior to joining Loews, Johnson was the General Manager at the Regent Grand Spa Hotel in Las Vegas. He takes over in Tucson from Matthew Kryjak who left Loews after many years in key positions in New York, Denver and Tucson.

Darrell Sheaffer, a thirteen-year Ritz-Carlton veteran, will be the opening General Manager of the upcoming Mandarin-Oriental Washington, DC. Sheaffer¹s most recent posting was as the General Manager of the Five-Diamond Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach.

John Imaizumi has been named Senior Vice President and General Manager of Gaylord Opryland Texas Resort & Convention Center. He joins Gaylord from Ian Schrager Hotels, where he served as Vice President of Operations and most recently as Chief Administrative Officer. 

Javier Cano is the new General Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua, taking the post left vacant by David Roberts when he rejoined Fairmont several months ago. Cano is a Marriott man, who joins from the Marriott at Los Angeles International Airport where he also had regional responsibilities. 
Joining him at Kapalua as Director of Sales and Marketing is Joe Velasquez who comes from the Park Hyatt Los Angeles. Velasquez picks up where Steven Sampson left to join the Arizona Biltmore.

William Hall has left the Century Plaza, where he was the Managing Director.  Former General Manager Tim Loughman moved up one notch to take Hall¹s place.

Michael Slosser has left the Garden of the Gods in Colorado as General Manager to join in a similar position L¹Auberge del Mar in California. He was previously the General Manager at the Loews Hotel Santa Monica.

At L¹Auberge Del Mar, Christy Whitman has been appointed Director of Human Resources. She previously worked in a similar position for La Costa.

Thomas Waithe has been appointed General Manager at the Metropolitan in Vancouver. He will be replacing former General Manager Susan Gomez. Over the last year, he was the Managing Director at Washington¹s Resort Semiahmoo. Prior to that, he was the General Manager of the Woodmark Hotel and Spa in Seattle for over three years. He was also part of the opening management team for the Bellevue Club and Hotel there.

Craig Jacobs has been named General Manager at the Hotel del Coronado. He joined the Del and Destination Hotels & Resorts in 1998 as Director of Sales & Marketing.  Prior to joining the Hotel del Coronado, he was Vice President, Western Region for the Plasencia Group. From 1991 to 1996, he served as the Director of Marketing at the Arizona Biltmore. At the Del, he takes over from Giuseppe Lama, who left to open Destination¹s new Estancia in La Jolla.

Roberta Griffin has joined André Balasz¹ HotelsAB as Chief Financial Officer. A CPA, she has been, for the past several years, the Senior Vice President of Finance for Millennium Hotels.

At Carneros Inn Managing Director Michael Hoffmann hired Jennifer Moss as Hotel Manager.  Moss is no stranger to the Valley and was previously the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Villagio Inn.

Simon Firmin will be the new Director of Marketing at the Pierre, New York. A graduate of Johnson and Wales, he joined Four Seasons at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago in 1992 as Group Sales Manager. In 1994 he was promoted to the position of Director of Sales.  In 1998 he became the Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Philadelphia. At the Pierre, he takes over from Don Jones who is transferring to the Regent Beverly Wilshire.

The Wyndham Roanoke Airport in Virginia has appointed Sandie Lee Marshall as General Manager. Most recently she owned and operated the Bay Roc Marina and Yacht Club in Smith Mountain Lake. She also served as General Manager at the Boar¹s Head Inn and Sports Club in Charlottesville. 

Rose Genovese has been named Vice President Sales and Marketing at Affinia Hospitality (the company formerly known as Manhattan East Suite Hotels). Prior to that, she held the position of Director Sales and Marketing for three years at the Regent of Wall Street. Genovese also spent ten years at Le Parker Méridien.

Genovese¹s successor as top sales honcho at the Regent Wall Street is Jeffrey Felshaw, who comes from midtown Manhattan¹s Warwick.

Pamela Goudlock, formerly Director of Human Resources of Dolce's IBM Conference Center at Palisades, has been appointed in the same position at the Regent Wall Street. She replaces Steven Conte who left several months ago and is now the Director of Human Resources at the Mandarin-Oriental New York.

Katy Scimeme, formerly the Director of Sales and Marketing at the JW Marriott Rhiga Royal, has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Ritz-Carlton Central Park South in New York, replacing Emily Snyder who departed for the Mandarin-Oriental New York.

Jim Mills has been promoted from Executive Chef to Hotel Manager at the Houstonian Hotel Club and Spa. His replacement is Jesse Llapitan who had been working as Executive Chef of the St. Regis Los Angeles. 

Pierre Barthes has been transferred from Resident Manager (and, until Sal Abaunza¹s arrival, Acting General Manager) at the Mandarin-Oriental San Francisco, to Hotel Manager at the soon-to-open Mandarin-Oriental New York. Barthes began his Mandarin-Oriental career in 1998 as Food and Beverage Director at the Kahala Mandarin-Oriental.

Russell Tanakaya has been named General Manager of the Doubletree Golf Resort San Diego.  He began his hotel management career at the Hyatt Regency Houston in 1982. Tanakaya joined Hilton in 1989 as Director of Food & Beverage at the Guest Quarters Hotel in Baltimore. In 1998, he joined the Hilton Los Angeles North/Glendale as Assistant General Manager, his most recent position before moving to San Diego. 

Henri Birmele has joined Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica as Hotel Manager. He most recently held the position of General Manager at the Viceroy in Santa Monica. Prior to that, Birmele was the Hotel Manager at the St Regis Washington, DC and the St Regis Los Angeles.

Richard Colangelo has been appointed General Manager at the Hotel Marlowe in Cambridge. He previously held similar positions for six years at Interstate Hotels Corporation.

John Paul Oliver has been appointed General Manager of the Boulders Resort & Golden Door Spa in Carefree and Area Director of Operations for Wyndham in the Western Region. Oliver began his career with Wyndham eight years ago as General Manager of the Wyndham El Conquistador Resort & Golden Door Spa & Las Casitas Village in Puerto Rico. At the Boulders he fills the position left vacant by Mark Vinciguerra, who is now the Managing Director at the Phoenician.

Patricia Smith has been appointed Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Wyndham International. Smith joined Wyndham in 2000 as the Vice President of Organization Development and training. Prior to Wyndham, she was the Director of Strategy Implementation and a Senior Consultant with Wilson Learning Corporation in Longwood. Before that, Smith spent 15 years with the Walt Disney Company in various positions.

Andrew Jordan has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer at Wyndham International, replacing David Johnson who has left the company to become Chief Executive Officer of a new hotel management company, Aimbridge Hospitality.  Jordan joined Wyndham five years ago as Senior Vice President of Marketing.

Suzanne Ng has been named Spa Director at the Spa at the Mandarin- Oriental New York. Most recently, she was the Managing Director at Concept Asia Management Consultants. Prior to that, Ng headed the Corporate Human Resource Development Division of Raffles International in Singapore, where she successfully led the company¹s foray into the spa industry. 

Mitchell Ostrow has joined Kerzner International as Vice President Group Sales after more than twenty-five years with Hyatt. Most recently, he was Director of Sales and Marketing for the Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa. He also held sales positions for the Hyatt Regency New Orleans, Hyatt Richmond and Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and Casino. 

Still at Kerzner International, Todd Unger has joined as National Sales Manager. Immediately prior to moving to Kerzner, he was Director of Sales for the Hyland Group in Arlington. He began his hospitality career with  Marriott. 

Jeff Cruz has been appointed Controller at the Standard Hollywood. He replaces Rebecca Abbott who left the company after one year. Prior to joining the Standard, Cruz worked as Controller at the Ritz-Carlton Marina Del Rey.

Philippe Vonier has been appointed Financial Controller at Little Dix Bay. He previously held the position of Director of Finance at the Four Seasons Hotel Caracas. Prior to that, Vonier was the Assistant Controller at the Four Seasons Los Angeles.

At the Inn of the Seventh Mountain in Oregon, Megan Blodgett has been hired as Catering Sales Manager. Most recently, she was the Account Manager at Express Personnel Services. Her event planning experience began at Tiffany & Co. in Portland.

Catherine Faber has recently left Carmel Valley Ranch as Sales Manager after four years, for the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa to hold the same position.

Ellen Ruane-Johnson has been named Director of Operations for the North Maple Inn in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. She was previously the Director of Rooms for the property. Prior to that, Ruane-Johnson was Director of Rooms for the Forrestal Princeton. 

Cornell hotelier Samuel Schorr has been appointed at the Ocean Place Resort and Spa in Long Branch, New Jersey, as General Manager. He most recently held the same position at the Sam Houston Hotel. 

Raul Salcido has relocated from the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach as Executive Assistant Manager Rooms to the new Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes in the same position. He started in the company in 1993 as part of the opening team of the Ritz-Carlton Cancun. He later transferred to the Ritz-Carlton Washington, D.C. and the Ritz-Carlton Dearborn. 

Laurent Lhuillier has been named Executive Pastry Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, transferring from the same position at the Ritz-Carlton Tyson¹s Corner. In the past, his very international career included Pastry Chef stints at the Atlantis Hotel and Casino in the Bahamas and the Marina Mandarin in Singapore. 

Eric Scuiller has joined Denver¹s luxe Rolling Hills Country Club in the dual position of Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef. Most recently Scuiller had been consulting for the Maho Beach Hotel in St. Maarten.

John Higgins, formerly the Executive Assistant Manager at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York, has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage Operations at the Waldorf-Astoria. Prior to that, he worked as Executive Assistant Manager, Director of Food & Beverage for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.

Debra Shinn is the new Director of Sales and Marketing of San Ysidro Ranch. She was previously the General Manager at the Fess Parker's Wine Country Inn and Spa.

Also at San Ysidro Ranch, Shelly Gaynor has been appointed Financial Controller. She previously held the same position at Big Sur¹s Ventana.

Adriaan Radder has been appointed General Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City. He joins after two years as General Manager at the Tyson's Corner Marriott.  Prior to that, he was with Marriott in Amsterdam, Jeddah and Jacksonville. 

Nick Davaz has been appointed General Manager at El Encanto in Santa Barbara. He had previously the Executive Assistant Manager (and the opening Director of Catering) at Bacara, which he left several months ago. At El Encanto, he will take most of the responsibilities previously held by Kerman Beriker.

Marcel Pitton has been appointed General Manager at Casa Monica in Saint Augustine. He previously held the post of Resident Manager at Rosewood Apartments in Dallas. Prior to that, he was the President/Owner of Celmar Corporate Apartments.

Christian Aldoy has been hired as General Manager at the San Carlos Hotel in New York. Prior to joining the San Carlos Hotel, Aldoy was General Manager at the Club Quarters Hotel in Chicago. 

The Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort & Spa, in St. Thomas has appointed Abdel Zouari as General Manager. Prior to joining Wyndham, Zouari served as Vice President of Operations, islands division, for Allegro Resorts, overseeing operations for hotels in five Caribbean nations. 

Christina Clifton has left Four Seasons after sixteen years to become the Director of Food and Beverage at the Mirage in Las Vegas. As such, she is the third former Four Seasons Food and Beverage Director to join MGM Mirage in that capacity in the past year (the other two are Win Person at Bellagio and Kathy Springstead at the MGM Grand). Clifton was the Director of Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Washington, Four Seasons Scottsdale, Four Seasons Houston and the Four Seasons Austin.
Jonathan Wright is the new Executive Chef at the Windsor Court in New Orleans. Most recently, he was Chef and Proprietor of La Gousse d¹Ail in Oxford. His predecessor in New Orleans was James Overbaugh.

Omar Said has relocated from the Ritz-Carlton Dearborn as Executive Assistant Manager, Rooms to the Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas in the same position. Previously he was at the Ritz-Carlton Cancun where he joined the company in 1993.

Michael Cairns, formerly at Chateau Elan as Executive Chef, has returned in a similar position to the Arizona Biltmore where he was previously the Executive Sous-Chef.

Edward Netzhammer has been named General Manager for the Omni San Diego Hotel. Patsy Bock also joins the Omni San Diego Hotel team as Director of Sales and Marketing. She was previously the Director of Sales and Marketing at Auberge Del Mar.

Janelle Cram has joined the Omni Los Angeles as Director of Marketing.  Previously she served Omni in regional and property sales and marketing positions in Texas and along the West Coast. 

Paul Pebley joins Omni Hotels as Director of Marketing for the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate.  Pebley is a former Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Alterra Healthcare. Omni Hotels has also named Tom Casademont Director of Sales and Bonnie White Senior Sales Manager for the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. 

Zach Curry has assumed the position of Director of Marketing at the Omni Royal Orleans Hotel.  He moved from the Omni Charlotte Hotel where he was Director of Sales and Marketing for nearly two years. Irene Peterson has taken over from Curry at the Omni Charlotte as Director of Sales and Marketing. 

Frantz Klampfer is the new Executive Chef at the Regent Wall Street. Until last year, he held the same position at The Pierre where he stayed for over a decade. The position of Executive Chef at the Regent Wall Street had been vacant since the departure of John Halligan in December.

Richard Chen, formerly the Chef de Cuisine at Shanghai Terrace at the Peninsula Chicago, has been appointed Executive Chef at Susana Foo¹s in Philadelphia.

Guillaume Brard transferred from Beirut where he was the Chef de Cuisine at the Phoenicia Inter-Continental to become the Chef de Cuisine at the Clinique Inter-Continental Cleveland.

Antoine Maalouf has been appointed Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Beverly Hills Hotel and Bungalows. He was previously the Manager of Twenty One Oceanfront in Newport Beach.

Edward Boylan has been promoted to Assistant Rooms Executive at the soon-to-open Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes. He comes from the Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation where he was part of the opening team as Assistant Director of Housekeeping. Boylan started with the company in 1994 at the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach.

John Beardsley has left Ponzu inside Kimpton¹s Serrano Hotel in San Francisco, where he spent three and a half years to take over as Executive Chef at Le Colonial. He replaces Kellie Nguyen-Rabanit, who is leaving to become a full-time mom.

Douglas Dodd is the new Executive Chef of the Hotel Bel-Air in Los Angeles. He previously held culinary positions at The Phoenician, the Little Nell and the Mansion on Turtle Creek.

Lamberto Valdez is the new Executive Chef at the Sofitel Miami. He most recently held the position of Senior Sous Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach. Prior to joining Ritz-Carlton, Valdez spent five years at the Sutton Place Hotel in Newport Beach as Executive Sous Chef. 

Pascal Vignau has resigned from his position of Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Resort Aviara. In addition to opening Aviara as Executive Chef, he has worked with Four Seasons for seventeen years at the Four Seasons Los Angeles, the Ritz-Carlton Chicago, and at the Regent Jakarta. He is planning to open his own restaurant nearby in Encinitas.

Christian Schmidt is moving from the Mandarin-Oriental Miami as Executive Chef to become the Executive Chef at the Mandarin-Oriental New York. Prior to joining Mandarin-Oriental, Schmidt held the same position at the Ritz-Carlton Dearborn and then at the Westin Savannah.

Europe
Gérard Hôtelier has been appointed General Manager at the 350-room Movenpick Genève. A graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, aptly-named Hôtelier had a sixteen-year international career with Méridien, most recently as Regional General Manager in charge of Thailand.

Kostas Trivizas, (Cornell class of 1990) has been appointed Managing Director of European Operations at SynXis. Previously, he held senior level positions with the Savoy Hotel Group, the Peninsula Group, Sofitel and Méridien. Also at SynXis, Bernard Ellis has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Channel and Product Strategy. He joined the company in 1999.

Philippe Attia has been named Regional Director for Southern Europe at Dolce International. He began his career with Dolce in 2000 as General Manager of Dolce¹s French conference destination at Chantilly. Before working with Dolce, Attia was a Regional Director for Occidental Hoteles where he managed three properties in Morocco along with two in Tunisia.

Fabrice Mercier has been appointed General Manager for the soon-to-open Chateau de Mirambeau in France¹s Charente-Maritime. Prior to that, he has worked as General Manager at the Vista Palace for two years, following a long tenure with the Traversac Family¹s Grandes Etapes Françaises. For them, he was the General Manager at the Chateau de Divonne and the Chateau de Gilly. His successor at the Vista Palace is Patrick Glogg. Second time around for Glogg, who was the General Manager of the Vista Palace from 1991 until 1997.

Sébastien Renard is the new General Manager for Le Domaine de Beauvois in Luynes. He was previously the Resident Manager at the Château de Divonne.

Olivier de Kermel, formerly the General Manager of the Hilton Lyon, has been transferred in the same position to the Hilton Rabat. André Herrenschmidt, who was previously at the Hilton Paris Suffren, will be de Kermel¹s successor in Lyon.

Sophie Orliange has been promoted to Director of Human Resources at the Four Seasons Hotel George V. She originally joined the hotel in 2000 in the Human Resources office.

Francois Pillard is the new Chef de Cuisine for the soon-to-open Port Palace in Monte Carlo. He was previously the Chef de Cuisine at Two-Michelin-Starred L¹Espérance Marc Meneau in Vezelay.

Guillaume Colombet, formerly the Restaurant Manager for four years at Wheatleigh in Lenox, has been appointed Food and Beverage Manager at Adare Manor in Ireland.

With Méridien in France, Cécile Gouailhardou is now Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for Northern France and Belgium (four hotels). She was since June 2000 the Director of Sales and Marketing at Le Méridien Paris Montparnasse. Antonio Ducceschi becomes Director of Sales & Marketing for Southern France, Monaco and Malta (four hotels). He was previously the Director of Sales & Marketing at Le Méridien Beach Monte-Carlo.

Pierre Fernandez has been appointed Director of Marketing at the Four Seasons Resort Provence Terre Blanche. He moved from Disneyland Paris where he spent six years. Prior to joining Disney Fernandez was the Assistant Director of Sales at the Carlton Inter-Continental in Cannes for four years.

At Paris' soon to re-open Pavillon Élysée, now operated by Lenôtre (a division of Accor), Peter Syka has been hired as General Manager. He previously spent several years at the corporate level with Hard Rock Cafes International. 

At France's German-owned Château Grand-Barrail Lamarzelle Figeac, Birgitta Lehmkoster is the new General Manager, replacing Patrick Freiburghaus. A Lausanne graduate, she previously logged eight years at Cannes' Hotel Martinez.

Jean-François Rouquette is the new Executive Chef at Paris' Hotel Scribe and its signature restaurant Les Muses. He comes from La Cantine des Gourmets, also in Paris, and takes over at the Scribe from Yannick Alleno, now the Executive Chef at the Hôtel Meurice. 

At London¹s Méridien Grosvenor House, General Manager James McBride is putting his team together: Hotel Manager Greg Salamin has left, replaced by Shane Krige who moves across the pond from the Ritz-Carlton Washington, where he was the Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food and Beverage. McBride¹s new Director of Sales is Simon Kerr, previously a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Inter-Continental's London Hotels. Steve Cane, Group Executive Chef for Méridien, will double up as Grosvenor House's Executive Chef. Richard Casimiro is the new Rooms Manager, hailing from the Ritz-Carlton Washington DC. Chief Engineer Brian Taylor has left Grosvenor House after seven years. Prior to that, he was with Harrods.

Middle East and Africa
Heinz Grub has been named General Manager at Le Méridien Royal Mansour Casablanca and Regional Director for the group in Morocco. He replaces Philippe Seigle who departed for Le Méridien Thailand. For the past three years, Grub was the General Manager at Le Méridien Cairo.

Alejandro Helbling has been promoted to Hotel Manager at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai. He previously held the position of Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage. Prior to that, he had worked with Hyatt for ten years.

Alain Chatel has been named General Manager at Le Méridien Eko in Lagos, Nigeria. Previously, he spent four years as Regional Managing Director for Hôtels Méridien de Polynésie. Chatel originally joined Le Méridien Group as Executive Assistant Manager of Le Méridien Jakarta in 1990 and then Resident Manager of Le Méridien Cairo in 1993.

SRS-Worldhotels has appointed Christian Fiederer as Vice President Sales and Marketing, Europe, Middle East and Africa.  He was previously a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Le Méridien.

Asia and the Pacific
Further changes at Raffles International, following the departure of Richard Helfer and MV Puri: the company is now split into two separate units: Raffles, with Markland Blailock at the helm, and Swissôtel, headed by Meinhard Hock.

Corinne Jensen has moved from Starwood Hotels of Fiji where she spent five years as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, to hold the same position at Starwood Resorts of French Polynesia.

At Le Méridien Cyber port in Hong Kong, Cheryl Yue has been appointed Director of Sales & Marketing. She began her career with Windsurfing Association.  Michael Tam has been named Human Resources Manager. He joined Le Méridien as Project Manager in 2002. Prior to joining Le Méridien Cyberport, Tam opened the Harbour Plaza North Point as Front Office Manager and subsequently Training Manager. 

Johanna Luther has been appointed Director of Finance at the Four Seasons Resort Maui. She will replace Martin Noakes who has decided to return home to Canada. Luther comes from the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale where she opened the property three years and a half ago as the Assistant Director of Finance.

Michel Brelière has been appointed Executive Chef at the Taj Land¹s End Hotel in Mumbai. Most recently, he worked as Executive Chef at the Grand Hills Village Brummana. 

Mark Patten has been appointed Executive chef at the Inter-Continental Honk Kong. Previously, he was the Executive Chef at Sandy Lane in Barbados. His replacement there is Richard Eccubus who comes from the Royal Palm in Mauritius.

Gérald Maridet moved from Singapore where he was the Executive Pastry Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Millenia to become the Executive Pastry Chef at the China World Hotel Beijing.

Gilles Delaloy is the new Pastry Chef at the Ritz-Carlton Millenia in Singapore. He previously worked as Pastry Chef at the Datai in Malaysia. Delaloy replaces Gerald Maridet.

Jérome Carrouée joined Starwood Hotels of French Polynesia as Regional Executive Chef. He previously worked as Executive Chef for the Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur. Prior to that, he was in the same position at Le Royal Méridien Manama in Bahrain.

Francois Sigrist was recently named General Manager at the Pelangi Beach Resort in Langkawi.  Previously he has held the position of General Manager at the Equatorial Hotel Penang in Malaysia.

William Black has left his position of General Manager at the Grand Fullerton in Singapore, which he held for two years. His replacement is Gerhard Kropp. Prior to this position, Black had a seventeen-year tenure in various positions with Regent International Hotels.
