Visual One Systems to Introduce Two,
New Modules at HITEC;

Spa Management and Central Reservations software is fully-integrated
with V1�s property management and point-of-sale software
ROCKVILLE, MD (USA) � June 16, 2003 � Visual One Systems Corporation, a supplier of management software to the hospitality industry since 1977, has added two modules to their product line: Spa Facilities Management and a Central Reservations System.  These products will be demonstrated at HITEC in New Orleans, June 24-26, Exhibit #1020, at the Morial Convention Center.

V1 Spa offers staff, service, and location scheduling and shares the guest history record with Visual One�s property management software.  Because of the seamless integration, a Spa event can be reserved during the room-reservation process.  The spa event can become part of a package plan and will also appear on the guest�s itinerary (activity schedule).  Spa events are automatically charged to the guest�s folio or to any other payment method, within Visual One�s point-of-sale software, and are retained in history.

V1 CRS allows a central reservations agent to view chain-wide room availability with drill-down capabilities to property-specific details and rates.  Reservations are created in a real-time, seamless manner with V1 PMS and incorporates V1�s Guest Data Warehouse for real-time guest history and centralized marketing.  Central Reservation Agents may also make reservations for spa events, using V1 Spa.

In addition to the products mentioned, above, Visual One Systems also offers sales & catering software, accounts receivables, payables, and general ledger, as well as club management and condominium accounting software, a purchase order module, and golf course management.  V1�s software uses Microsoft�s SQL database.
