WI-FI Network Roaming Agreement

StayOnlines network of fully wireless hotels featuring in-room
Wi-Fi hot spots to be integrated into Boingo network
New Orleans, LA & Santa Monica, CA June 25, 2003 StayOnline®, which provides the largest footprint of 100% wireless hotels in the nation, today announced a partnership with Boingo Wireless, Santa Monica, CA, the leading Wi-Fi services provider for business travelers.  The partnership couples StayOnlines strength in the hotel marketplace as a provider of fully wireless hotels featuring in-room Wi-Fi with Boingos broad market reach among Wi-Fi users.

This agreement means that anyone with access to Boingos large and growing roaming system will be able to easily log on at any of the hotels in the StayOnline network, said Antonio DiMilia, President and CEO of StayOnline.

StayOnline operates wireless systems at more than 130 hotels, including Hilton, Crowne Plaza, Embassy Suites, Marriott, Renaissance and Sheraton brands.

This agreement extends the benefits we provide our hotel customers, said DiMilia.  The tide is quickly turning as business travelers are now actively seeking out hotels with wireless access, not only in common areas, but throughout the hotel.  StayOnline enabled hotels are positioned well to meet the wireless needs of their guests, and by accommodating subscribers to the Boingo roaming system, we enhance our client hotels status with these travelers.

Boingo Wireless operates the easiest to use Wi-Fi network for business travelers with the largest collection of hot spots in hotels, airports, convention centers and cafes.

The agreement also means that carriers served by Boingos roaming system can also provide their subscribers access at StayOnline hotels.  The Boingo Platform Services program offers private label Wi-Fi software and roaming services to major carriers and ISPs.  Current partners include EarthLink, Fiberlink and Metrocall, as well as T-Mobile for client software.

In-room Wi-Fi access is an important advance for the industry and it is a perfect fit for our focus on business travelers, said Dave Hagan, Boingo president. The partnership with StayOnline enables us to deliver this innovation to our customers and expand our network at the same time.
